Are you looking for a good English speaking 'Kiwi' Homestay family ?

Every day International students studying at Language schools, Universities and other tertiary institutes throughout Auckland ( and other towns and cities throughout New Zealand ) telephone us asking for our help to find a friendly, English speaking 'Kiwi' family who will welcome them to Homestay in their home.

Every day we take these same students to meet 'Kiwi' families living throughout Auckland and North Shore city as part of our service as Homestay coordinators.

Why live with a 'Kiwi' family Homestay ?

Many student who come to Auckland to study English end up living with families ( or friends ) who`s first language is not English therefore they find it very difficult to improve their English, which is the main reason why they came to New Zealand to study.

Often after living in New Zealand for 6 to 12 months, the students' English has not improved very much as they do not have the opportunity to practice their English with other English speaking people.

Once these students realize that their English is not improving ( and they are simply wasting their parents' money ) they decide that they should try to find a friendly Homestay family who speak good English.

Unfortunately finding these Homestay families can be a very difficult problem for students so on the advice of their student friends they telephone us asking for our help.

We at Auckland Homestays can help international students and visitors find caring, quality Homestay hosts families. We take care to try to find friendly host families who speak good English and are prepared to provide a good home for our International students. How can Auckland Homestays Ltd help ?

We at Auckland Homestays Ltd have over 1,500 friendly "Kiwi" families who contact us asking us to find a good overseas student who would like to Homestay in their home.

Every day we place students with these "Kiwi" families but fortunately every day we find new families who ask us for our help to find a student.

If you would like to live with a 'KIWI' family and would like our help, then complete the 'Homestay Application Form' now; and email to us by 'clicking' on the icon.

• We will then look for a Homestay which we think would be best suited for you.
• Once we find a Homestay family we will telephone you ( or send you a mobile phone txt message asking you to telephone us ) and we will tell you about the family we have chosen for you.
• If you think this family is the ideal family you are looking for, then we will telephone the family and tell them about you.
• If the family would like to meet you then we make an appointment, for us to take ( or accompany ) you to meet the family.
